Bsquare buys mobile device tester for $2.2M

Bsquare Corp. said it’s buying TestQuest, which makes testing automation tools for mobile devices, for $2.2 million cash.

The Bellevue software company (NASDAQ: BSQR) said it’s acquiring the Minneapolis-based company’s 22 employees and is assuming the company’s debt, estimated to be less than $200,000.

TestQuest’s annual revenues are about $4.8 million.
