Marathon, Showalter top FBOs

Marathon Flight Services at Kissimmee Gateway Airport has been named one of the top fixed base operators in the Western Hemisphere by Aviation International News and Showalter Flying Service at Orlando Executive Airport received a similar honor from Pro Pilot magazine.
Of the 258 FBOs that met the evaluation qualifications for the Aviation International News survey, Marathon rated 36th among the top 40. They were rated on line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities and services and facilities.
Meanwhile, Showalter was rated the fourth best FBO in the United States in Pro Pilot's annual survey, improving from 10th position last year. It was rated in six categories, including facilities, amenities, promptness, customer service and value for cost.
